DISCLAIMER
LittleBlackBook.com.au Events (LittleBlackBook) cannot be held responsible for the
actions of any person that you may meet as a result of attending a LittleBlackBook
event. LittleBlackBook takes no responsibility for the actions of participants at
or subsequent to an event. By purchasing a ticket you agree not to initiate any
claim against LittleBlackBook resulting from your attendance at a LittleBlackBook
event.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of Speed Dating events it is crucial that we know in advance who
will be attending the event. This helps us to ensure that we have the correct
number of males and females of the appropriate category. Consequently all
tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Unfortunately
once a ticket has been purchased and a confirmation mail sent, no refund can be
offered for cancellation or non-attendance. The only circumstances in which
a refund will be given are when the date of an event has been changed subsequent to
booking. In this case we would contact you and give the option of either a refund
or attending on the alternative date.
LittleBlackBook also reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who
demonstrates improper behaviour or has done so at a previous event. No refund
will be given in this instance.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Please see policy regarding cancellation (above). Changes to bookings adversely
affect our ability to organise successful events with the correct number of males and
females. Where possible we will attempt to accommodate customer requests but our
general policy is that bookings cannot be transferred to alternative events with less
than 10 days notice.
Bookings can be transferred from person to person. You must inform us of your
intention to transfer and give at least two days notice prior to the event. If
you wish to transfer a male ticket to a female customer or vice versa we require 10
days notice and approval will be subject to availability of places (of the correct
gender) at your chosen event.
DIGITAL MEDIA RIGHTS
LittleBlackBook reserves the rights to any photographs or video footage taken at our
events and advises that they may be used for ongoing advertising and promotional purposes.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
The following discloses our policy for information gathering and dissemination:
Privacy is very important to LittleBlackBook. Your personal details will not be
given to anybody except with your express consent. We will only divulge your contact
information to individuals with whom you have a ‘Match’. This cannot happen unless you consent by selecting the person from the online guest list. We will not sell
or provide your contact information to other individuals or organisations.
Any personal details you provide to us are confidential. We will maintain this
information in our database and may use it to contact you with information regarding
events. If you do not wish to receive these announcements we will remove
you from our mailing list at your request.
